You may not know, but I sell my handmade cards at a local consignment shop. It’s a great deal all around, I make the cards and they sell them for me. I would definitely recommend a partnership like that if you are also a blogger and make lots of cards. These wedding cards are going to do well, and sell probably immediately.
Did you know it’s Wedding Season? If you didn’t know already, now you do!. So I’ve created a couple cards.. I made a double envelope kinda thing, so that was fun. This came from a kit that Stampin’ Up! sells. See if you like this:
I made three of the wedding cards since I had three flowers. I used a vellum bag as the inside envelope, and a craft (A7 envelope) for the outside envelope. You could easily make a wrap on the card instead of the bag-envelope (bagelope) and then package that inside a larger envelope.
Go big for wedding cards
I think one of the great things about these cards is that they are in a larger envelope. Do you agree with me when I say wedding cards should be larger? It’s your gift (including money, etc.) so you need to make it larger and more special – in my opinion.
I should have posted these earlier in the week but I went out of town and couldn’t access my computer. Don’t you hate when technology WINS! Grrr. Lol. It’s all good, it’s the weekend and time to relax.
